Visitor Handling,
Correspondence Management.
Visa, Work Permit, and Documentation: - Assist expatriate staff with visa applications, renewals, and cancellations. - Follow up on work permits, driving licenses, and national ID applications.
Business License Renewal and other regulatory authorities’ certificates eg. OSHA: - Monitor and ensure timely renewal of business license. - Maintain records of licenses and related documentation.
Office Infrastructure Management: - Oversee the maintenance and stock of office equipment, including computers, internet, chairs, desks, and other office supplies. - Conduct regular stock taking and inventory checks.
Office Cleanliness: - Ensure the general cleanliness and tidiness of the office environment. - Coordinate with cleaning staff or service providers as needed.
Statutory Payments: - Handle the submission of statutory payments, including NSSF, PAYE, SDL, and WCF. - Maintain accurate records of all submissions and payments.
