Description
The Accounts Controller is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations within the organisation. Key duties include daily bank reconciliations across multiple centre accounts, monitoring and reconciling petty cash and credit card transactions, and ensuring all discrepancies are identified and resolved timeously. The role also involves managing lease agreements, processing and reconciling creditor accounts, and supporting fleet management reporting and PAYE allocations. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining accurate monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including debtors, payroll, and VAT.
