Qualification
A bachelor's degree in any of the following fields: Accounting, Commerce, Finance and Economics.
Certified Public Accountants (CPA) - Mandatory
Experience in Manufacturing is mandatory
Conversant with ERP data entry
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the management of financial systems, financial reporting, financial data analysis, auditing and taxation.
Knowledge of applicable laws, auditing codes and regulations, accepted accounting practices and principles.
Knowledge of related computer applications.
Attention to detail and accuracy Strong communication, planning and organizing skills to meet strict deadlines.

Act in a professional manner at all times and keep confidential information.
Roles
Supervise the input and handling of financial data and reports for the company’s automated systems and administer the upgrade of accounting systems, procedures, internal controls, and policies to ensure the availability of accurate and reliable financial information for business decision-making purposes.
Monitor, control, and administer the company’s Fixed Assets register and documents to ensure that these are properly and appropriately recorded and secured.
Prepare cash flow forecasts, and monitor working capital, petty cash and all cash balances to ensure that there is effective cash management in the organization.
Prepare the financial reports and management reports in a timely and accurate way to ensure that company policy and statutory and stakeholder requirements are adhered to.
Develop external relationships with appropriate contacts including auditors, solicitors, bankers, and Government agencies to ensure that there is mutual understanding on various financial aspects.
Coordinate the internal and external audit processes and liaise with tax authorities to ensure the resolution of accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
Assist and deputize for the finance manager in strategic planning and general performance of duties during his absence to ensure that necessary organizational activities are not disrupted.
